本年度包含「2009台北國際食品展」、「台北國際食品加工、餐飲設備暨製藥機械展」及「台北國際包裝工業展」三項展覽，聯袂於2009年6月23日至26日在南港展覽館舉辦。本屆的國際化程度是歷來最高的一次，包含日本、美國、歐洲、中南美洲及東南亞與東北亞等國廠商；其中日本館規模甚大，包含越光米、烏龍麵、新鮮魚片等；美國館則有各類有機食品與冷凍疏果漁產等。墨西哥、秘魯及英國廠商，也展出異國風味香料、醬料及英式茶飲文化。台灣館規劃為6區，包含主題區、農產區、漁產區，畜產區、調理食品區與林產區。
