想請教各位多數的航空母艦的前彈射器尾部和降落的跑道都有重疊的地方,何不把前彈射器方在艦的右方,好像只有CVA-01和CVF有這種設計(但不知會能否真的做出來...)

You can't really do a concurrent launching cycle and recovering cycle in the same time. Problem is the elevators.

For example on US Navy carrier flight ops, like Nimitz class CVN, at beginning of the day in the morning, will only have Cat 3 and 4 on the angled flight deck available for launching aircraft. Cat 1 and 2 is full of aircraft park on top of it, as well as the 2 forward starboard elevators(elv 1 and 2) in front of the island would be parked with full of aircraft.

The only elevator at the port side(elv 4) and the aft starboard elevator(elv 3) will be the one used to bring up fully fueled and armed aircraft(when necessary), but most of the time the first batch of aircraft in the first morning launch cycle are mostly on the deck already. After rescue helo(Angel) and tankers is off the carrier, fighter CAP and E-2C AEW would be next. The aircraft launch cycle would usually continue for about 1 hour to maybe 1 hour and 45 minutes, with 20-50 aircraft launched off the aircraft carrier. Only at that point would Cat 1 and 2 at the bow would be able to be put in operation, if needed to speed up the aircraft launch cycle. Again, the 2 forward starboard elevators(elv 1 and 2) aren't used to bring up combat ready aircraft, but the 2 elevators(elv 3 and 4) in the aft section of the aircraft carrier.

When the aircraft carrier change into the recovering cycle, any successful recovered and landed aircraft would be taken down to the hanger deck via the 2 starboard forward elevators, in order to keep the angled flight deck from a foul deck in a 30 or so seconds period. The reason the 2 aft elevators aren't used is because it takes too long to clear the angled flight deck for the just landed aircraft, not mention those aircraft will run into/over the raised arresting wires and barricade for the recovering cycle.

With that process explained on the both launching and recovering cycle and each aircraft elevator's function during each cycle, you will see your problem of concurrently doing both launching and recovering cycle in the same time----not possible when the aircraft carrier is full of aircraft in the morning, and due to each elevator's placement and different usage in launching and recovering cycle, you're going to foul the angled flight deck most of the time and prevent any on going recovering cycle---when you move readied aircraft up from the 2 aft elevators, move them across the angled flight deck to the cat 1 and 2 area, while the recovered aircraft will have to use the 2 forward starboard elevators to bring them down to the hanger. And in real situation, Cat 2 is out of action since any aircraft try to launch from Cat 2 station will interfere with angled flight deck, leaving only Cat 1 operational.

And the Air Boss is going to piss off the CV/CVN's Con and CO/XO, and will be soon kissing the task force admiral's feet in order to keep his job, assuming he survive that far up on the big time piss-off chain of command.....

还是可以的
也有足够的操作空间

Also in order to get the wind over deck blowing the most optimum way, there's a 10+ degrees in aircraft carrier's bow heading differences in launch cycle and recovery cycle, due to the angled flight deck placement/direction. And the other problem would be the aircraft carrier's aircraft elevators all has different use during launch or recovery cycle. If you try to do a concurrently launch and recovery cycle, you won't have any elevators left to use to bring recovered aircraft down to the hangar deck or bring fully fueled and armed aircraft up to flight deck.....

艦橋之類上部結構在船的右邊時,彈射器就會偏左,尤其是窄一點的航艦,不要讓內部結構與飛機起降動線,與艦橋衝突.

Cyclic operations

Cyclic Operations refers to the launching and recovering of aircraft in groups or "cycles". Launching and recovering aircraft aboard aircraft carriers is best accomplished non-concurrently, and cyclic operations are the norm for US aircraft carriers. Cycles are generally about one and a half hours long, although cycles as short as an hour or as long as an hour and 45 minutes are not uncommon. The shorter the cycle, the fewer aircraft can be launched/recovered; the longer the cycle, the more critical fuel is for airborne aircraft.

只要把兩者的作業時間週期稍為錯開就行了.
即使空間足夠,一般也不會真的"起降同時進行"---在準備起飛的飛機還沒離開甲板前,就讓另一架飛機從後面進場著艦.

Because you don't do launch and recovery in the same time, or you will have to cut half of aircraft in the air wing---no clear deck space for those aircraft any longer....
