應該是給未來近岸戰鬥艦艇(LCS)或美國海岸巡防隊用的試驗性水面效應船(Surface Effect Ship;SES)吧~!

Textron Systems或Raytheon做的~?

有點類似IX 515 Surface Effect Ship的感覺...
