Davidboy大好久以前，質疑CSIS2022兵推中，把JASSM-ER設定成可以對艦攻擊，實際上是一種不存在的超級LRASM。
(因為JASSM-ER射程比可以對艦的LRASM更長)
因此CSIS不可信。
JASSM-ER是否可以對艦攻擊，的確是在這個兵推中非常重要的影響因素。CSIS在報告中有特別強調

JASSM-ER是否可以對艦攻擊影響很大，但是公開資料的結論是不確定的。
因此CSIS在基礎兵推中設定JASSM-ER可以對艦攻擊。
(這是Davidboy大合理質疑的點)
但是接下來又進行了所謂的悲觀想定兵推，設定JASSM-ER不可以對艦攻擊。

也就是說davidboy大的質疑，是可以在CSIS的架構下討論的，而不是雙方在那邊互相空對空重複論點。

你贵人多忘事了，我专门提到悲观设定中JASSM-ER是不能反舰的，我的原话如下：
“4，虽然现实中反舰的LRASM数量少射程短， JASSM-ER射程长数量多但不能反舰。但是强行规定JASSM-ER全部能反舰是基本设定，不能反舰是悲观设定，一下子让美军的反舰弹扩大10倍（ 450 LRASMs vs. 3,650 JASSM-ERs），射程扩张3倍。”
不过这个帖子正好转载一下我朋友整理的AGM158那一团乱麻的发展谱系。
长远看射程1000+的反舰JASSM-XR总是会出现的。

還是得到這個結論

今天一天都在高铁上，只能翻翻手机里，当年的思维导图，随便吐槽几句。
1，这个的兵推的胜负的判据，是21天占领台湾本岛1/4。这一标准是否服人？
几个例子：P109提到，24次兵推中，有三次中方选择占领澎湖并取胜，但是按作者的标准是“dead end”，占领澎湖的价值只能用于兵推不讨论的政治谈判。
老蒋在的时候，年年强调守台必守澎忘了吗？郑成功，施琅，还有一江山-大陈岛战役，都是先夺取中间辅岛。
极端案例是施琅只是登陆澎湖成功，台湾主岛就投降了。
2，更草台班子的是文章没有校对，P109页重复了一段，不过202504的时候再看，重复段落已经删除了。
3，文章里各种设定中美日海空战术兵力全打不过东部战区，都是神奇JASSM-ER一弹逆转的局面。为了实现这个局面，设定了一个很鸡贼的逻辑链。
1）PLA的抢滩型LST和LSU是诺曼底盟军的1/10，所以登陆能力只有诺曼底的1/10。
2）PLA在21天内�茠k夺取任何可使用的港口和机场，只能依赖滩头运输和空投，所以只要JASSM-ER击毁诺曼底盟军1/10的登陆舰队，就可以取胜。文章在P107用大号字体专门强调了这个“central question”。
作者也承认，如果PLA有可使用的港口，可以动员大量民船登陆，3500枚JASSM就不足以扭转胜败了。
那么他们作为智库显然没有阅读专门研究中国海军的CMIS智库的文章。
CMIS的China Maritime Report年年都总结PLA针对港口被毁，没有港口等情况，分别做了什么准备。
今年迭代到第三代的自航自升式人工港已经人尽皆知了。
这篇报告的central question已经被否定了。
这篇广告文逻辑上已经立不住了。

This outcome typically occurred when China was able to secure the southern part of the island and the facilities there.
台灣無法把PLA趕下海，可是港口被壓制無法行政卸載，PLA努力修理中
"有利於PLA的僵局"定義如下
Stalemate, trending toward China: China has a solid beachhead that is not in danger of being eliminated. They have more than three ports or airports on Taiwan, although these may be damaged. To defeat the invasion, the United States and its allies would have to keep these ports and airports suppressed, resupply Taiwan, and, possibly, commit ground forces to rescue the Taiwanese position. China would have to clear ports or airports with the engineers landed, possibly while under attack.
CSIS2022至少把勝利條件講清楚了，大部分兵推都沒這些細節。

In three iterations, the Chinese captured the island of Penghu off the west coast of Taiwan, planning to use the island as a staging base for an attack on the main island. Although they defeated Taiwanese forces there, their dwindling amphibious capabilities prevented a successful invasion of the main island. CSIS2022講得很清楚，dead end的原因是因為船沉太多了，繼而無力登台(在時限內，畢竟造船不是一兩個月的事)。
您對這個結果可以不同意，但是我看不出來施琅有什麼意義。

關於極音速(hpyersonic)武器，美方也有不只一種論述

However, hypersonic weapons are expensive and no substitute for large numbers of long-range cruise missiles. Picking off a few high-value targets does not solve the central problem of countering a massed invasion. That requires sinking enough amphibious ships such that Chinese forces cannot sustain a lodgment on Taiwan. The strategist Hal Brands made this point in an assessment of contemporary arms races, “The United States doesn’t need to emulate every Chinese breakthrough in hypersonic weapons. These weapons can’t provide, at a reasonable cost, the volume of fire power Washington would need in the Western Pacific.
也有人認為在面對龐大的PLA艦隊，次音速彈海可能比相對少量的極音速飛彈，更適合台海的情況。(有大量的防空能力有限艦隻)
因為極音彈過於昂貴，如果數量不夠打不沉夠多的運輸船，反而無法達成目的。
當然理想狀況是用極音速敲掉盾艦，再用次音速補刀。只是戰場上意外狀況很多。

和烏俄/紅海比對,這段話暗指的更佳解很可能不是次音速彈海,而是夠快的超音速武器
1.烏俄/紅海戰場已顯示對於知道自己在做什麼的對手,次音速武器效果不怎麼樣
>M0.5的容易攔截,以目前成本反而更貴
<M0.5的雖然便宜,但無法穿透船殼,彈頭在船殼外引爆的效果以運輸船而言極差
2.超音速武器在烏克蘭穿透率極高:烏方稱Kh-22超過98%,遠超極音速武器和次音速武器
3.打運輸船而言,
超音速武器夠大的彈頭和動能(1發抵兩發-如無彈頭護島神效果已相當魚叉實彈)
加上穿透率,成本(如傳言雄三約一億,對比魚叉/雄二約5000萬)很可能比次音速彈低 |

我是說美方有不同的論述，
有關高超的優勢與缺點，與其在台灣跨海戰役的價值
(對美方的價值與對PLA的價值又不太一樣)。
怎麼就快進到高超無用？
又快進到要送法庭？

装备研发项目的失败，有几种可能性：有可能是技术上�茠k实现，也有可能是CP值较现有装备没有优越性，不值得进一步发展，等等
对于美帝而言，从来都不缺乏投射手段跟突防能力，所以对造价昂贵但有效载荷又较小的高速战术导弹一直都兴趣不大。
即便是Zumwalt级即将装备的高超，也主要是用来对付时敏性目标，并非美军所倚重的“杀手锏”级的装备
另一方面，当然就是到目前为止，美军主要对手的装备水准与部队的作战能力都比较低，绝大部分目标用便宜实惠的亚音速巡航导弹就可以有效对付。
在这种情况下，自然就不必把研发重心放在各种“屠龙之术”上的了 |

1,30年前的波音跟现在完全不一样，是一个注重工程师文化的公司。Fast Hawk是成本控制到20万美元一发非常了不起，使用镍铬基不锈钢替代钛作为耐高温材料，使用球头铰接式发动机实现矢量推力，取消气动面，既节约成本，又充分利用MK41垂发的空间，现在也门胡赛武装的导弹也是用这种铰接发动机实现了低科技高超机动，对以色列箭2防御系统突防概率相当不错。结果因为海军没有测试四马赫的靶场这种�蚐�头原因下马了。

3，LRASM-B本就是为了堵死HighFly而存在的，根本不严肃，Raytheon还状告DARPA的竞标不遵守联邦采购条例（FAR）。所以，根本没有详细设计就下马了。
4，最后是HALO，其实23年的时候，美国海军少将Stephen Tedford也承认HALO也只有4马赫。所以跟30年前的FastHawk没什么区别。最后四马赫也搞不出来。
