中國肯定是為了匯率與減少美國貨幣政策的影響,而犧牲資本自由流動,
而資本無法自由流動的情況下,它永遠不會是主要國際貨幣,
不然外國人滿手RMB是能幹什麼?
投資港股,A股? 投資中國那個有期限的房地產?
中國的確有可能以RMB塑造一個軸心經濟圈,但這是以13億韭菜的部份福祉為代價,什麼? 韭菜沒有福祉...那就沒辦法了...
以俄羅斯來說,如果普丁沒倒,那它就需要透過中國去進口商品,
在RMB經濟圈中,中俄可以用RMB做主要的貿易貨幣,
但人家歐美不認呀,
所以中國勢必花費自己的美元歐元外匯進口商品,然後轉賣給俄羅斯,取回RMB,
就某方面而言,俄羅斯變成中國的藩屬國一樣,對習大大是很有面子的事,
但經濟上的壓力,就是韭菜們扛了,
韭菜們只會得到超級嚴格的外匯管制與痛苦的通貨膨脹,
總之,先恭喜你們,
因為黨中央已經將大部份資本外逃的路徑的塞死了(當然真正的上層還是有管道的),
普通的韭菜們只能看著過往辛苦的積蓄被通膨侵蝕貶值,

Most people are just struggling to make life easier.
In general, Singapore people live much better than most Chinese people.
In order to enjoy this life style, Singapore people need to

其實DW的說法已經很清楚,川普原本的徵稅項目中,
2018-2019年,有2200項豁免的免稅項目到期,
2020年剩下549項延長一年可豁免關稅,
現在各方本來以為這549項的豁免可以繼續延長,
沒想到這次只剩352項可被豁免關稅.
2200->549->352,其實是越來越慘,一年不如一年.
剩下的項目,只剩下幫浦,電動馬達,汽車小零件,化學品,
背包,低價自行車,吸塵器等等消費商品.
如果仔細看,可以發現很多產品都有價格上限,也就是只有廉價品才得以豁免.
高價品還是要課關稅.
裏面還有一項很有趣,就是一堆冷凍蟹肉,可以免稅.
特別是有一個冷凍帝王蟹,1kg到1.2kg的範圍才能免稅.
這玩意我就有點不懂,西台灣盛產帝王蟹嗎??? 為什麼這玩意會是免稅???
難道美帝居心險惡,硬要吃光西台灣的帝王蟹,讓黨中央無蟹可吃???
這實在是太邪惡了,必須予以譴責才行!

日本与美国、英国和澳大利亚三国都已有双边合作框架。但有些领域日本不能参与，比如核动力潜艇技术，有些人认为即使日本要与“奥库斯”协议合作，也应该暂时限于个别领域的合作。
(個人認為,日本加入AUKUS,本來就是時間表的問題,
雖然美國口中說並不想在東亞太平洋複製一個北約,但實際上AUKUS是比北約更緊密,
之後大概只會讓日本與加拿大加入,紐西蘭倒是有資格,但紐應該不肯.
AUKUS最終一定會走向核保護傘,
一來北朝鮮問題,二來俄羅斯做了很壞的示範,三來中國,
最終,美國的核保護傘在AUKUS會變成與北約核共享一樣,這種核嚇阻是有現實必要的.
當然,日本要走到這步還很遠,日本必須先徹底核電再開,然後是擁有SSN,之後才輪到核共有.
北約的缺點就是人多口雜,美國會讓AUKUS成為很緊密的小圈,在價值觀上必須高度一致,國力,技術,都有高度水準,
像南韓,新加坡,印度,其實都想成為三角型大師,所以美國是不會邀請的.

而當外力攻擊英美時,又會觸發北約介入.

JAUKUS(五億人口)+北約的雙洋同盟，的確是會促成中俄陸盟。
畢竟兩國都有重建勢力圈的企圖。
但是這是2/24之前要擔心的反效果。
2/24之後窘狀頻出的俄羅斯，在與烏克蘭停戰後，普丁退位後(以年紀來說遲早的事)
後普丁時代演變，會大幅影響後續的發展。
俄羅斯此役之後將喪失世界強權的地位，降等為中等核子強權
(我把這一場看成是與英法的運河危機相比)
以中等核子強權的角色，徹底放棄重建帝俄的想法之後，
是否願意徹底認清事實，在中俄陸盟中擔任小弟(像運河危機後的英國)，
還是特意突出扮演左右逢源的角色(像運河危機後的法國)
甚至徹底躺平，放棄干預世界各地，專心賣能源+維持核武庫
還不好說。
甚至對中國來說，如果俄羅斯徹底躺平，那麼德法也會跟著繼續貫徹躺平政策，保持軍費的低檔。
這麼一來，也代表歐洲北約對JAUKUS的援助力量會很弱，算盤仔細算起來，得失還不好說。
