不知那位網友，是否還保存著發生在1985年8月12日，日本航空123號班機的意外事件資料？我正在尋找當時的相關報導與事故報告。
失事機型為波音747-100SR，民航登記編號JA8119。123號航班是從東京羽田機場起飛，飛往大阪的伊丹機場。

我開這話題的原因
主因是為了向一些網友解說日劇《空姐特訓班(Attention Please)》
劇中人物所受的訓練以及機上設備的用途
還有執行空勤時所必須注意的事項
而在無意之間
發現到也開始回想起來
日航過去也發生過重大的飛安意外
於是就想找關於日航的重大飛安意外資料
同時也給有意從事航空公司空勤人員工作的網友
一個適當的心理準備
看到網友提供的事發經過資料
讓我感慨萬千

飛安意外這事是很難說的
連號稱「0飛安事件」的新加坡航空公司
也發生過飛安事件
誰也不願意碰到

記得新加坡的“勝安航空”(見其A320客機之圖片http://2.csx.jp/users/ngo-spotter/SLK.htm)在印尼的那場墜機事件吧﹗是星國有史以來首例飛安事故﹗當時勝安航空的一架A310客機疑因機件故障在印尼叢林的某河流墜毀﹗搜救時只找到少許殘骸.....
另外在下北投住所附近位於永興路交叉口的一位雜貨店老闆娘,也是上次華航澎湖空難的罹難者之一﹗後來聽說到北投區有十來位住戶的家人也是如此(北投區的華航澎湖空難罹難者是台北市各區最多的)﹗
記得看到華航員工的事後說法,華航高層各主管在每次各大小事故發生時,都對各基層主管與員工至民航局,以及罹難員工､乘客家屬均進行“極力向外界隱瞞”的措施,而且都官官相護﹗個人認為幾年前的華航大園空難(後來民航局調查後是人為疏失所致)的調查原因當初為何遲遲未公佈,可能也脫離不了這種因素﹗
因為大園空難的影響,當時有人看不過華航長期的人為與機械疏失,竟要說“解散華航”﹗馬上就有華航員工利用台視專訪跳出來喊不平﹗到上次澎湖空難後,華航高層間多年來官官相護的“廬山真面目”,才正式“公諸於世”說.....

這個事件的日文版報導真的是遠為詳盡.讓小弟驚訝的事情有以下三點:
1.從事發到墜落大概還撐了32分鐘以上,這難怪看得到遺書之類的.但就當事人們而言,這半個多小時真的是煎熬......
2.自衛隊空降團未經命令擅自出動救援,事後以"有叛亂嫌疑"貶官.台灣的話,死在你營區圍牆外大概都不會有人敢動作.官僚處分出動者這件事情沒甚好說的,但是台灣的官性大於人性......
3.美軍早就發現失事地點,日本卻婉拒美軍支援......又是一個官性大於人性之處.否則美軍發現失事地點時只是失事後約一小時,日本應變中心才剛成立,有些重傷者可能還有救援希望,而且美軍應該是有辦法調到具夜視能力的搜救直升機(日本沒有),不用從晚上九點等到次日清晨四點才出發...... |

這其實和政府官股長期投資在華航
有非常大的關係

剛才發現當時日航空難中罹難的著名歌手坂本九(Kyu Sakamoto),出道時就因為一首“Sukiyaki”(壽喜燒)的溫暖曲風而走紅國際﹗沒想到天竟妒英才.....

有一個問題
80年代因為液壓系統故障(應該說整個消失),摔掉的飛機可說不計其數
(眾多經典級摔飛機實況攝影中,有一架就是液壓故障,當場化為一團火球)
現在對於液壓系統的保護有改進嗎

現在的飛機液壓系統還是一樣
是飛機上滿脆弱的部份
要説有保護
頂多只有外層的絕緣被覆

要避免液壓系統就死定的情形只有使用向量推進...
不是要把軍用引擎裝上客機,是利用獨立改變任何發動機的推力差異改變方向
任何客機可以用油門桿來這樣做

After entering the cockpit, Fitch discovered that the only available method of controlling the aircraft was through adjusting the throttles of the remaining two engines; running one engine faster than the other to turn the plane (differential thrust), and accelerating or decelerating in order to gain or lose altitude. Using this method, it was possible to mitigate the phugoid cycle and make rough steering adjustments. At one point Fitch manually lowered the landing gear in flight, hoping that this would force trapped hydraulic fluid back into the lines allowing some movement of control surfaces. Although the gear lowered successfully, there was no improvement in control response as all the fluid had been lost through the punctured lines.

KHH落地時跑道邊一票消防車排開
後來打聽了一下...
AE的某FK100漏液壓油.....
難怪KHH的都出來待命

NGC已經重撥N次了
而且每期尖端全防後面都有那兩台的當月重點節目表
包含科芬特里戰沒(原來42式面對反艦飛彈根本完全無力，連知道自己正被攻擊都困難...)
加拿大演習擊沉除役的Iroquois級2號艦(第一次見到海麻雀攻擊水上目標)
很驚訝的是一堆人都無視這樣的好物,看那些節目可以節省很多口水辯論。(比方說就不用問海麻雀是不是能拿來打船了)
