宮城北部で震度７、広範囲で停電・火災・津波
読売新聞 3月11日(金)15時36分配信
１１日午後２時４６分、三陸沖を震源とする強い地震があり、宮城県栗原市で震度７を記録した。
東北地方を中心に広範な被害が出ている模様だ。東京都でも各地で震度５強を記録した。気象庁は北海道太平洋沿岸、青森県、岩手県、宮城県、福島県、茨城県、千葉県に大津波警報を発令、岩手県釜石市など一部に到達、車や船が流されている。津波の高さは宮城県、岩手県、福島県、茨城県、千葉県九十九里浜で１０メートル以上などと予想されている。この地震で青森県全域、仙台市内が停電するなどの被害が出ている。
気象庁によると、震源の深さは約１０キロ・メートル、地震の規模はマグニチュード７・９を観測。宮城県南部、中部、福島県浜通り・中通り、茨城県北部・南部、栃木県北部・南部でそれぞれ震度６強を記録した。
また、岩手県沿岸南部、同内陸北部、同内陸南部、福島県会津、群馬県南部、埼玉県南部、千葉県北西部で震度６弱となった。午後３時１５分、茨城県沖を震源とする地震があり、茨城県南部で震度６弱を記録した。

我去日本仙台的海邊日本三景之一的松島（就是甲午戰爭日本旗艦的松島由來）玩過，照這海嘯衝到仙台機場的規模，那一帶大概全滅了，估計光死亡少說就有四位數吧。

駐日美軍部隊以及第7艦隊已經準備好隨時都可以投入救災.
剛剛傳出夏威夷發生規模4到5的地震.
有一座核能電廠在海水注入冷卻功能上出問題, 正在搶修中. |

US Pacific Command had ordered all ships to leave ports in the possible area where the tsunami will hit, so when the big waves hits, the ships won't be damaged.....
This will save those ships for later rescue and search operations. But will also shows how ready those ships will be at a moment's notice, and those ships with diesel and gas turbine engines will be able to leave piers right away, while those with boilers will need more than few hours to warm up.....
Hopefully ROCN did the same for its ships in the eastern Taiwan naval bases, going out to open water to stay out of trouble.... |

檢索大手網站Google Japan開了東北地方太平洋沖地震的情報整合網站，在Google Japan的首頁上就有連結。
另外稍微確認一下的結果，預想中的是2ch現在絕大多數版面都被地震相關討論淹沒中。
嘛，我個人目前比較擔心的是福島第一原子力發電所有輻射外洩的危險，如果屬實的話，外洩的規模對未來的核能運用會有很大的影響。

仙台南部似乎全滅了，大概因為在午飯時間的末尾爐子很多都還在使用，市區炎上中。
有死亡五位數的可能。

Rest of the Pacific Rim nations pretty much are on tsunami warning. Hawaii expect to have 6 feet of waves.

| Now reported that Tokyo government is opening up emergency shelters, schools, sports arenas to house those workers that are now trapped in Tokyo since all transportation systems in the country is suspended/downed. Food and water is the main concern, besides shelter. Japan government also requested US military to provide transportation, I guess that means military trucks.... |
