據我所知,在颱風過境的天候下,能把遙控飛機飛上天的業餘玩家,在台灣可以千人計算,這還是很原始的小型機,大型UAV的穩定度怎麼說都比這些玩具強(遙控飛機的設計也有分無風型和強風型),小型飛行載具和載人飛機一個很大的不同就是其推重比很高(很多根本可以零跑道起飛),如果外型設計適當的話,抗風不會有dasha大想像的悽慘。至於降落嘛,無人的東西基本上就是「輕度墜落」啦,不用去管穩定和漂亮,沒掛就好,用攔截網或是到了定點直接開降落傘的也有,一般遙控玩家最常用的方式是找個長草坪直接摔下去。
如果是救災應用的話,當然第一個就是搶快,有狀況時車載小組機動到災區最近點就可以直接發射作業了,甚至於一開始可能要有飛三到一零回的心理準備,其實小型UAV上面最貴的是遙控和觀測模組,民用的老實說萬把元差不多了,如果這些模組沒摔壞還能回收,外觀結構的損傷倒是很容易修補的,這跟什麼氣墊船衛星電話這些一線救災設備相比根本是小兒科,更進一步講如果十架UAV能換回一架搜救直升機,怎麼看都是穩賺不賠的買賣。
看到這次救災各單位縱向與橫向聯繫的慘狀,有時在想如果國軍第一時間有自己的觀測單位可以看到災區狀況,8/8那種路斷載具派錯的烏龍是否可以提前避免?
不過我個人也不看好UAV的載運能力,除非是第一時間強運少量的通訊與醫療設備,拿搜救直升機和特戰人員來做同樣的事,怎麼說風險成本都高很多。 |

我覺得~UAV如果有5KG左右的負載~然後可以做傘投丟包的作業~這樣就有相當的救援運用價值~因為可以丟求生包了 如果空頭包果的外殼加傘算一千克好了~以現在手持衛星電話的重量大概都是兩三百克以下~加一個GPS模組與更大的電池也不會超過五百克~ 剩下的3千5百克容積重量可以裝固體高熱量食物與不多的飲用水甚至於是必需藥品或手持煙霧彈~空投包的內容物可以依災害特性與任務不同而有所更動~ 這樣我覺得是可以提高倖存者的存活率~因為環境因素造成失溫與缺乏食物提供熱量這通常是野外最常造成死亡的原因~能夠這樣空投一些救急物品~可以讓倖存者多活幾十個小時~有利於空中或地面的搜救行動~
不過前題還是在天候是UAV飛的起來的~以及可以找的到人的~如果找不到人~就算有這種設計也沒用

海軍在東沙與學校方面合作的經驗,以及台大大氣系內部自己的檢討.追風計劃要搞一小時至少20萬的有人飛機而不用UAV,不是為了幫漢翔,是前幾年發生過UAV丟包消失,以及一度失聯失控總算驚險接上訊號飛回來的經驗,再玩下去UAV沒了就沒得交代了. 當然這可能因為那群人不是真的玩家,偏偏又是去直闖真正颱風結構中難纏的部份,而不是闖中央氣象局那個純粹虛應故事畫出來的假暴風圈,風壓大於推力,於是就跟著颱風轉圈,運氣好的轉了半徑150km的一圈以後回來又收到訊號就叫回來,運氣不好...... 如果是台灣內部飛行,這問題倒是會少很多,台灣的地形可以產生很多風平浪靜的死角,這類死角又往往雨多容易釀災,這時的問題就變成每小時超過100mm的降水對訊號的干擾,而不是控制面根本失效的強風.....

Predator Crashes in Central Iraq SOUTHWEST ASIA (Sept. 15, 2009) --- An Air Force MQ-1 Predator unmanned aircraft crashed in central Iraq at approximately 12:45 p.m. Baghdad time on Sept.14. The crash was not due to hostile fire. The crash site has been secured and there were no reports of civilian injuries or damage to civilian property. The aircraft is a medium-altitude, long-endurance, remotely-piloted aircraft. The MQ-1's primary mission is conducting armed reconnaissance. A board will be convened to investigate the incident.
MQ-1 Predator Crashes at Holloman AFB HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. (Sept. 11, 2009) --- An Air Force MQ-1 Predator unmanned aircraft crashed Sept. 11 at 8:58 a.m. here. The aircraft was assigned to the 432nd Wing at Creech Air Force Base, Nev., and was part of the MQ-1 training mission. No one was injured and no private property was damaged. The accident is under investigation.
