Mi17"比較耐操" simply because it has much less electronics and composite materials (or you can say it is much low tech) so many poor nations can afford to operate.............even when the system is not fully operational.

Also life span of Russia made weapons and platforms is much less than Western counterparts. Mi-17 might have life span of 5-10 years and will become junks, while how long has those UH-1Hs in ROC Army service already.......
