對於安理會五常，小弟有一個疑問，就是爲什麽中國和法國可以位列其中呢？
美蘇當然是沒話說，英國靠他龐大的殖民體系也有資格進入。
但是法國才打了一個月不到，就繳械投降，最後靠美國人復國，本身實力也差得遠的，（我看日本都比他有資格）爲什麽也進了呢？
還有中國，以中國現在的實力當然當得起五常，但是當年也強不到哪去，爲什麽也成了五常之一呢？ |

中国走上帝国主义道路那也是没办法的事情
13亿人民生活水平要看齐欧洲（美国浪费太大，不学），关靠国内自然资源是肯定不行的。
内部的基建、解决地区贫富悬殊这些当然要做，不过蛋糕做不大的话，怎么分配都会是大多数人不满意。实际上基建和发展中西部更需要全球自然资源支持。
要保障海外的资源和市场，一靠实力地位基础上外交协调，和米蒂等好好谈谈。 外交协调不成的话对一些国际自由贸易秩序的破坏者也要下重手
至于说自动压制欲望 或者计划生育等说法 不取 首先中国人有通过劳动和贸易获得高生活水准的天赋人权，其次也没有任何人会赞赏和感激
要知道人类是不会感恩的动物。笑人无、恨人有才是人类常态。大陆6,70年代的自闭其实是给四小龙等国家和地区（一定程度上还有日本）让出了通过廉价劳动力积累资本的发展空间，你看这些地方的人民和政客会感激吗？有感激吗 只会遭到石原、阿辉伯、李光耀、港农之类的嘲笑而已。你看西方那些自己住着空调大房，开着好车来批评中国的碳排放的“绿色”人士的嘴脸就知道了。
说不得，要在大棒基础上和和气气的重新分分蛋糕了 |

老罗斯福的第一步是把门罗主义作最具干预意义的诠释，使之附和当时的大国主义理论。一九○四年十二月六日，在他自称为门罗主义的“必然结论”中，老罗斯福宣示一种在西半球仅美国得以行使的“文明国家”一般干预权：“……在西半球美国的坚守门罗主义，可能迫使美国不论多么不情愿，仍不得不对恶名昭彰的恶行或无能，行使其国际警察权。”
老罗斯福在提出理论前已先有行动。一九○二年美国迫使海地解决与欧洲各银行的贷款。一九○三年她煽动巴拿马动乱，使之成为全面性的叛乱。当地居民在美国协助之下向哥伦比亚争取独立，但要到美国在现今的巴拿马运河两岸建立起主权属于美国的运河区后才得以实现。一九○五年多米尼加成为美国的财政保护国。一九○六年美国军队占领了古巴。
老罗斯福在一九○二年某次对国会发言时说得好：“国际政治与经济关系日益复杂且互相依赖，使所有文明上轨道的强国愈来愈有义务坚持对世界作适当的警察行为。”
在谈到国际政治时，罗斯福的批评更为尖锐：“对于威尔逊及布赖恩（Wilson-Bryan）那样信任流于空谈的和约、不能实现的诺言、各种纸上谈兵的文件，却没有有效的武力作后盾，我感到十分厌恶。在外交政策上有用腓特烈大帝（Frederick the Great）与俾斯麦的传统，比以布赖恩或威尔逊的态度作为国家永久的方针，对国家或世界都要好得太多。缺乏武力支持软弱无能的正义，百分之百与偏离正义的武力一样不道德，甚至更不可取。”

帝国就是目前中国一切社会问题的最好的解药，说的白一点，中国要想保证14亿国民过上发达国家的生活，光靠本国的市场和资源是不可能的。弄好內部矛盾最好的办法就是对外全面经济扩张，成本和效率优势把发达国家制造业全转移到中国来，用规模和成本优势把不发达国家制造业全打破产。等中国经济进入发达国家水平，矛盾自然一举解决。闭门窝里斗是解决不了内部矛盾的，没有足够蛋糕可分，怎么分也会有人不满意的。
怎么叫恢復中华应有的地位？中国国民收入达到发达国家水准。而达到以后当然
一切問題就會解決。有足够的财富大饼可分，自然什么问题都不是问题了。有世界第一的国力，对外问题也必然可以解决。这本来就是中国几千年一直享有的世界最发达国家应有的地位。也是中国一贯的中国安则四夷自服的思路。
老羅斯福名言，说话和气，手里要有大棒，讓大白艦隊縱橫四海的是那时美国世界第一的大工业，现在世界第一工业国是谁？中国！中国高速增长的经济和军备可不是叫嚣。说到底军力是由国力决定的，而决定国力的是发展速度和经济规模。

看到對岸一堆人這樣熱切要打上一仗
以恢復百餘年來失落的帝國光輝
或者是想要當老羅斯福時代的美國
前後差異那樣大，卻仍如此的不切實際
好像只要恢復強國光輝，個人一切都不重要似的
看看現在中東北非，所謂的你們盟友在作的好事，嗯，那你們繼續吧.....

和平崛起归根到底是要崛起。经济战把各国打垮当然是和平的。不发动世界大战当然是和平的。当然如果有需要打打南北战争，美西战争什么的，都是和平崛起的一部分。

天真的是你，中国的势力已经在向世界延伸了。你以为超过世界银行的对外贷款和向世界第二军事强国迈进的扩军备战是干吗用的？
为了争夺世界打上一仗中国当然不会穩操勝券。但是你以为美国在核时代对一个14亿人的世界第一工业国稳操胜券？代价呢？
中国足够强的情况下结果必然是牺牲别人来填补中国的胃口。只不过是绥靖也要讨价还价一步步来的。

代价就是欧洲自毁，俄罗斯韩国日本这些中等发达国家生活水平的降低，以及亚非拉的制造业统统要完蛋变成中国的原料供应国。
地球資源不會大幅度增加，所以一定有人要牺牲。中国这几十年发展一路拉美、东南亚，中东，为中国崛起做贡献的国家，绝对不少。

在谈德意志帝国教训前千万不要忘记英国的代价。两次大战胜利者是做黄雀的美国而不是当事的霸权国英国。而在核时代准备把中国变成德国第二，西方准备付出啥代价？

凭什么欧美10亿人可以靠占有地球大部分资源和市场花天酒地？凭什么中国人、印度人就该节衣缩食？道义上天赋人权，60亿人发展权是相同的。

早想透了，没想透的是你们。中国和西方的矛盾是本质的不可调和的。是发展和特权的矛盾。但是在核时代这种矛盾的解决无法复制世界大战模式。
第一，14亿人要发展，要享受和10亿西方人一样的生活是天赋人权。
第二，如果说地球资源无法容纳60亿人都享受10亿西方人同样生活那就说明10亿西方人现在的生活水准就是一种不公平，不可持续的特权。是通过侵占50亿人资源来维持的。
第三，为了让60亿人都享受10亿西方人同样生活，西方人应该降低自己生活水准到60亿人平均水准，以便为要发展的50亿人腾出足够资源，而不是指望50亿人都继续受穷让西方继续花天酒地。其他30多亿人没这个力量来分一杯羹，而中国这14亿人不同。
第四，如果西方人不准备让出资源和市场，那冲突在所难免。在这种无法避免的利益冲突面前中国要大力扩充实力和筹码以提高西方遏制中国的代价到一个无法承受的程度，然后才有讨价还价的可能。西方的生活水平必然降低，直到腾出足够中国发展的资源和市场。
第五，西方大财团实际是愿意降低西方中产阶级工资的，这意味着制造业和就业机会向中国转移。中国人能用1000块钱能做的事情，为啥非要雇一个美国人用1万块钱做？这种转移正在进行中。目前中国实际是，一方面以价格优势接收发达国家制造业转移，一方面以规模优势扼杀其他不发达国家的制造业。
第六，历史德国是靠把欧洲打烂腾出足够市场和资源的。今天核时代恐怕无法复制。所以除了制造业转移外，大家争夺主要方式是暗战，针对广大亚非拉地区的市场和资源的争夺战。此外，体制不够强大富裕，但是有一定油水的国家必然是主要的瓜分财富对象。

美国战略家公开承认自己是一个帝国，不过人家国名是什么？
狭义的帝国一般仅指领土辽阔，统治民族众多，拥有持续传统的强大君主制政体国家。
现代以前的中国人一般认为只有统治整个中国的君主才能合法地使用皇帝（大皇帝）这一称号，所以理论上只有中国的历代王朝才是帝国（最狭义）。藩属国及其他国家的君主只能被称为国王、王、酋、汗或使用音译。

難道不用先擺平各地的山頭勢力？
除了用經濟收買和打上一仗
誰會平白無故讓你勢力出現在家門口？
歐美目前仍是世界秩序的維持者
固然讓人討厭，但他們軟硬兼施，甚少只用單一方法，花上可觀的代價
才勉強有此局面並能維護海外經濟利益
對岸若要走上此途，喊一喊就會有用嗎？
而打上一仗難道就會穩操勝券？先想清楚一下你發言前後的思路吧.....

当然不会 因为德国不过和英法一个规模层次的国家 比美国低一个层次 一战美国一出手只好败北

歐美崛起走到今天這路
有好有壞
大陸也在想走著同樣的道路，難道只是一句「和平崛起」就沒事了？
事情有相對，大陸沒人說不能有歐美的生活水準，那請問代價有想過嗎？
歐美加起來的人口都還是比大陸少
即便有一半水準，難道地球資源也會隨著增加嗎？
對岸一堆人老愛講我們要追上歐美水準八拉八拉，好像我們有好幾個地球可供揮霍一樣
喔，現在才想到要節能怎樣的，這種話你要不要拿回對岸問一問？
