（中央社舊金山5日綜合外電報導）蘋果執行長庫克（Tim Cook）今天對蘋果公司全體員工發布電郵：
各位，我有件非常悲傷的消息要告訴你們。史蒂夫（賈伯斯，Steve Jobs）今天稍早過世了。
蘋果失去了位有遠見又具創造力的天才，這個世界也失去了位非凡的人物。我們這些有幸能認識並和史蒂夫一起工作的人，失去了親愛的朋友和激勵人心的導師。史蒂夫遺留下來的，是間只有他才能打造的公司。他的精神會永遠是蘋果公司的基石。
再今天也就是當地時間十月五日賈伯斯安然去世，這位被譽為全美最機車的老闆終於去世了享年56歲
就在iphone4s發表的第二天，有網友指稱所謂的第五代其實是紀念賈伯斯，iPhone for Steve(Steve Jobs). |

他是3C科技產業過勞制的始作俑者，就算不是第一也是頭幾個這樣要求工程師賣命的老闆。
這下子全球3C產業大概會鬆很大一口氣，至少有一陣子不會又有甚麼爆炸性的瘋狂主意逼著他們突然要每天加班猛追了。 |

他老兄自己也終究殞滅在過勞上 嚴以待人 也嚴以律己
能算是為實踐理想而奉獻生命

猜測平板可能會退燒
有些大廠開始打退堂鼓
APPLE的吸金活招牌也變成神主牌
歐美電子書族群也有超低價的亞馬遜
接下來會買的已經買了,不會買的就算等到ipad4都還是在等
然後小筆電重現
不過7吋的可能還會有銷,畢竟小台到能隨便帶著走 |

我們公司創辦人掛點三十年內
直昇機雷達飛彈衛星等核心事業 陸續被拆散賣掉
全落入同行競爭對手陣營
只剩下當年併購的一家小公司 還撐著老招牌

平板現在給蘋果催眠成等於iPad,所以市佔與市場調查顯示,八成多消費者把平板等同於iPad,這是其他大廠進入後又搞不下去的原因,做得像iPad被人家說山寨,做得不像又被人家說這不是平板......
小筆電也很難回來,因為沒人主推,低價低營利的東西很不好上店頭,還要與Windows平板互砍,主推的傢伙推的又是類似Mac Book Air的玩意......
至於他的死因,過勞為主,還是年輕時用毒品的後遺症呢......其實現在電影院重播1999年的"矽谷海盜們",把中文片名從"微軟英雄"改成與夾不死有關的譯名,會賣吧? |

接手的CEO是庫克，這人也是個超級工作狂，天生幹鐵面宰相的料，蘋果原本亂七八糟的供應鍊就是它整頓整理出來的，而蘋果的供應練優勢也是他創造出來的。
所以他還有個殺招是蘋果很久以來懸而未用的最終兵器。
就是殺價競爭。
iPhone 4s發表會上就有講到這點了。
『iPhone 3GS（合約）降到 $49 美元，iPhone 4 16GB $199 美元，iPhone 4 8GB $99 美元』
$99美元算是個魔法數字，通常賣99美元的降價產品在美國都會有很好的業積，特別是耶誕節檔期。
所以iPad還沒用上這招咧，後市還是有一定的可期待度的。
所以平板不會退燒，其它的非Apple的廠商退出就是遂了Apple的意，從此真的就是iPad=平板，再也別想打進這個市場。
那前進的話又是一場紅海硬仗，就是得跟它拼個好幾年低獲利，甚至於要採用Amazon的作法賠本去賣。
如果賈柏斯是劍是矛是動物軍團，那庫克就是盾是盔甲是馬奇諾防線，光靠防禦作為就能夠撐上好幾年。
不過聽說Tim Cook 是個連約會對像都沒有的工作狂，天天四點半起床發mail給各部門主管，周日晚上還到處打電話約主管開會，口頭禪是馬上去辦，嗜好是騎腳踏車跟鐵人三項，休假喜歡去爬山，最崇拜的人是自由車名將。
所以，就看啥時現在的Aplle人會受不了它而分裂。
必竟，它只是個宰相，不是個國王........ |

India announced about a tablet PC of only 35-50 bucks.....
As for Apple, it has to keep ahead of everyone else in light years(in Silicon Valley term, 18-24 months ahead), or it will be just another company(see Apple from mid 1980s to late 1990s when Steve Jobs was fired) when every other company catch up with it. And because Apple is light years ahead of everyone else, Apple can charge a insane high price on its products and consumers are all willing to give up their wallet, suffer through bad cell phone companies, and wait in line for days to be the first to have some new gadgets.....
Steve Jobs was the greatest salesman, making Apple's products toward human engineering (instead of just engineering toward functionality or ease of production), and with eye towards artistic appearance that still lack behind in most computers and gadgets today. He's a visionary, not an engineer. He's a salesman with great showmanship that can sell you just bottles of air and you will pay him millions for that bottle of air. But he's also got leadership that wants things done last year, cheaper, lighter, thinner, always in white color, and doesn't care if you just finished a 48 hours long shift without breaks, he would wake you up from your much needed sleep in your office in a sleeping bag, kick and drag you out, and wanted you to get back to work right away for another 48-72 hours until he got the results he wanted. |

He doesn't have much money----When he was fired from Apple the first time, he spent all his money in NeXT and Pixar, and burnt through all the money he made from Apple. Only when Apple bought NeXT for 400 million, he was back in Apple as "adviser", then became intern CEO, then fired pretty much the whole Apple board of directors, got rid of people that he didn't like. But he was only a billionaire when he put Pixar up for IPO, made him worth 3 billions right away.
At time of his death, his worth is about 6+ billion.... |

Steve Jobs was really an abusive boss, keeping people working for him on their toes and off balance----by firing them one day and then hiring them back the next day---this is known as getting Steve Jobs'ing in the Silicon Valley. He love to micro manage people working for him, and watching out for details, no matter how small.....
This is from someone I know worked for Steve Jobs while in NeXT and then Apple, and got tired of it all----he got fired and hired back like 6-8 times, he lost count..... |

人只要在某個工作領域混出名堂且混得頂尖，則不管生前個性道德作為多麼令人非議，死後都會有一票人為你擦胭脂抹粉，封神造聖成一代完人。

原來賈柏斯是中東人後裔ˋ爾且信仰禪學跟一般美國"上層社會"歐系人種天主基督教徒不同˙˙˙
賈柏斯五年前就發現癌症ˋ而且用了最TOP的醫療團隊醫治後來在2009年接受肝臟移植(當然費用也是天文數字)癌症醫療費用不是一般人所能負擔的起ˋ爾且有錢也難醫˙˙˙˙
不知賈柏斯遺言有沒有要將遺產間一部分作癌症醫療基金會的打算?
