這一段真是有意思 :
" 世界各地的大學每年都會培訓大量的博士生，但需要用上博士生的大學職位空缺的增長卻緩慢得很。澳洲政府近年削減公共開支，大學經費首當其衝，結果自然是空缺愈來愈少。不過同一時間，澳洲大學卻很積極鼓勵學生報讀博士班……原因是，一方面博士班學費本來就不低，而培訓成本卻不是很高，特別是像英國和澳洲的大學，博士生一般不用上很多門課，只要完成論文就可，所以大學的毛利很高。 "
一直以為 , 其他國家收生不會那麼浮濫 , 但看起來還是一樣.......

It depends on which uni in Australia, those top universities are much better, those "University of Technology" are much more worse......

And, not surprisingly, the quality of Australian university is inversely proportion to the % of international students.......
