沒辦法，澳門與香港作為中國展示其「新領土」的模範櫥窗，為了展示給國際社會取得信賴感所以必然得盡量考慮到避免當地人騷動不安上街的狀況發生。
不過對於新疆與西藏，一來是民情不同，二來是過去長期處於封鎖狀態而如今開放了媒體，一些過去定期發生但是沒人知道的事於是就變的有人知道啦。或許可以解讀成相比起處在國際社會眼皮子底下的港澳，中國政府對於邊境地方的和諧粉飾工作稍微放鬆了一點警戒程度…

actually, even in Macau, it doesn't really works are good as people outside thought as many Macanese is not appreciate about the quality of Chi na's policies.

沒法子，由於近年景氣差，香港英式政府能耐不足……有時心想如果民主派人士上了現時老曾的位子，但沒像樣的政績時，第一句說話是：「大陸方面又打壓……」
另外，如果說西藏不是說「漢語」不知多少人去西藏旅遊 。而香港也不是說「國語」、「普通話」，但沒有強制學習，而為什麼「英語」要自小強迫學習？理由是：英語是國際性語言。
……不過，想想也是小強迫學習英語，只是你沒有英語科的分數保證升不學就是 |

after 1997, chi na did tried to apply pressure to make HK teaching in 「國語」or「普通話」, which is the background for the reason of the "reclassification of chinese/english school" and "making mandarine a core subject", but it end up as a total failure as HK people's english level is essential for HK to maintain its international city status (which is already at risk after chi na occupation) and HK really lacks quality mandarine teachers...........So what it ends up is that now HK people is shit in both english and mandarine......
How chi na "manage/interfere" with HK's legual system, education system, mass media and finacial system, which are essential for HK's development as a free market, can show how chi na unfamiliar to global commerce and international trade......After 1997 financial crises, there are several rise in global market, but Hong Kong benefit from none of them, so it is not a fault of "近年景氣差", but it is the fault of the 香港英式政府能耐不足: they don't have the balls and skill to resist chi na's stupid interferences and corruptions.......

Well, to be honest, Hong Kong is by theorem, part of Britain, so basically the offical languages is english...... Have a look other nation's colonies (especially those governed/occupied by the french, chi na and Russian....), you should be happy to know that at least, British allows you to learn chinese and chi na history at school and keep your own culture......
Why "沒有英語科的分數保證升不學" ? This is because, a long long time ago, educations after form 5 (the HK cert. exam) is for training civil servents, which need to know english as you need to communicate with your English boss.
In fact, in the old past, HK government only recognize degree from Commonwealth nations, so by theorem, even you have a PhD from Harvard, master from MIT, degree from Yale, you are still not liable to apply for a police inspector position as you don't have a "HK government recognized" university qualification........

那倒是放心。
去到美國第一代移民心繫祖國是常態，也是人之常情。
但拿到公民權的通常不會回國，會回國大概也都是第一代移民很老了想落葉歸
根。至於第二代以後的就都是美國人了。
美國在二戰也幹過逮捕日本移民的事情，不過同樣有名的是日系二世構成的部隊
在戰場上英勇作戰。

礦工是受雇替人工作的， 金塊又不是自己留著。 不過這還不是主要的，主要的中國人不是自願去的，跟現在去新疆的漢族人沒可比性

因為一大堆教師都沒有專業的資格來教大家「普通話」。加上當年經濟好，幹「教師」的一是很有理想，次者是想穩當的職業，素質想好是點難度。兩次金融危機後反而多人選擇「教職」……
不過，小的也明白高學歷人士並不等同會教書

景氣好，人們快樂高，對政改也比較有熱誠。
不過說到「祖國」亂入，那要看是幹得漂亮與否，至少上面那個老佛爺是一個「魔王」，但沒有明顯到給人抓柄，大家都是捕風捉影。而我們的立法會是不是受台灣的影響，上回開會來亂，那幾個議員一開始就惡搞，結果文件沒看多眼就給人「請」離場……等等，他們有發薪而且是市民「養」的 orz
真是，如果真的不滿也好在會上針對政府的問題來指摘……雖然香港政府那群高級官員也給與香港白爛的表演及政策……

上面跑題了，真的不好意思！
其實說到要平等對待不同族群，香港這邊也有一些問題。香港有一個叫「平等機會委員會」：http://www.eoc.org.hk/eoc/GraphicsFolder/default.aspx(簡稱「平機會」)。它的工作是針對社會上不平等的事或物，如社區對殘障人士的支援不足、對少數族裔的歧視等。成效如何小的不大清楚，因為少接觸。不過之前香港電台做的電視節目有說過，印巴人士被歧視的有時是「體味」。另外，對非漢語者在香港受教育來說，較優為英語，最困難是學習漢字，廣東話或普通話反而不是太難，因為平日的「練習」多。
另一方面是就業問題，那有關學歷。因為他們老家的學歷可能非香港認可，使曾受高等教育的人在異鄉找不到相關的工作。而一些宗教及傳統習慣也使本地人不習慣。 |

漢語屬於孤立語, 語法跟屬屈折語的英語比起來相當簡單, 唯一難學的部份就是漢字

1. why HK have lots of shit mandarine teacher is because you can get an "A grade" easily if you take the mandarine teaching course in Beijing.....

美國雖然稅收高，但是社福和中國比是好太多了。

1.雖然回歸十多年，但不能因此說普通話教育水平會因此以幾何級數提升。因為要有一堆老師是後學普通話，就是她很努力，也不是全都是學得好學得正。另外是環境問題，叫rockitten在香港住3、4年，你會學到一定程度的港式廣東話。可惜香港平時接觸普通話的機會不多，電視台的節目是廣東話或英語。
加上不同地方的口音不同，當年老康寫得一手好文章，但在御前開口就是光緒也聽不全懂……
